Coach Nate Standley
“Running has always been more than just a hobby, it’s been my therapy. I've always lived by the saying, “Consistency is key.” That belief has guided me through early mornings, long workdays, and countless miles.
Even while balancing a full-time job and a family, staying consistent with my training has allowed me to keep growing as a runner. At the end of the day, if you keep showing up and putting in the effort, the results will come. The journey may be tough, but the rewards are always worth it.
